Berlin’s industrial sector is undergoing major changes — and you can help shape where it’s headed! From November 19 to 21, IG Metall Berlin is hosting this year’s Active Members Conference at the Hotel Berlin Köpenick. Over three days, we’ll take a deep dive into the future of Berlin’s industry, develop strategies for strong workplaces, and prepare for the 2026 works council elections.

We want Berlin to remain a strong, modern, and sustainable industrial location in the future. But that won’t happen on its own. It requires clear positions, bold ideas — and above all: you! Our goal is to connect engaged members, works council representatives, and sconfidants from various workplaces, to strategize together, debate key demands, and develop practical approaches to help shape the industry of tomorrow.
